Ok, so I caught an abra in game which was perfectly legal, evolved it in game legally to kadabra and then made a copy of my emulator keeping the trainer name and the save file the same and traded between two duplicate save files. after I opened pkhex and found that my alakazam was not only found to not have an encounter in origin game but also this geolocation memory error. please help, I'm new to these things. I'm playing gen 6 omega ruby

And how exactly does Kadabra evolve, and what traces would that leave in the data?

You can't get duplicate save files without tomfoolery, so you are making the games misbehave.
