Adding new megas to Pokemon X and Pokemon Y with the pk3ds tool

Hi! I am recently working on making a simple romhack of Pokemon Y with some balance changes to make every pokemon viable and to make a fine base game for people to randomise the ROM for more funny randomlockes. It was in my head the idea of adding the new announced megas of Pokemon ZA, such as mega-delphox, but in the tool I am working with it does not seem possible to add new alt forms to link a megaevolution to delphox.

I dont know if someone is familiar with the pk3ds tool and can give me a hand with this. Thanks in advance.
