No Hall of Fame Editor for Generation 2 Games?

Hello just realized there is no hall of fame editor for any gen 2 games. They exist for gen 1 and gen 3 etc but not gen 2? maybe the devs forgot to include it not sure? thanks

Not researched/documented, not implemented at this time.

Cosmetic edits such as Hall of Fame which have no impact on gameplay are pretty much the lowest priority/interest for development.

Ok I understand its in every other generation except gen 2 figured I just bring it up but if its not important I understand thanks for the reply.
