How can I contribute to the technical documentation?

From time to time I like to play around with things with my Pokémon games. Some of those times I'm doing things that I couldn't find documentation for.
For example, back in ~2020, I edited the roaming Pokémon in my HeartGold save using a hex editor. I don't believe PKHeX had the ability to do so back then, as opposed to now where it's editable thru the block data editor. My issue is that my memory is terrible, and I quickly forgot how to do so. Hence, when I was later editing stuff with my PokéWalker, I contributed my findings to PKHeX so that it wouldn't be forgotten. ^{also, that time with smogon}

Lately, I was playing around with somethings again, and was using this site's technical docs to aide my efforts. While doing so, I noticed some things that could be either corrected, expanded on, or added. Unfortunately, that was a couple days ago now and I've already forgotten most of it; except that the checksum for gen6/7 wondercards I believe is calculated with snipped

Anyways, for future reference, what's the process to contribute to the technical docs? That way I'll be able to write what I find down for everyone to use, before I forget it.

If I recall correctly, I believe you’re right. It has been left untouched, partly due to my fear of people creating fakes, and partly due to inactivity on my part.

I suppose for now you can leave all your findings and link to the relevant document, and I’ll review it and edit into the link, if necessary. If you need a new one I’ll create it.

Understandable. That was basically what I did. I made a custom local event for gens 4-7 for an event at my university.

But I never pass my custom events as official ones.

Like.. even years after the fact, when it all seems irrelevant, people showed up and tried submitting faked cards, and tried to pass it off as real.
