Illegitimate Low Level Shiny Legends

Hi all. So I enjoy doing playthroughs with shiny pokemon and I'd like to do one with shiny legends.

In a previous post I learned there is only a few legitimate shiny low level legends. Now I want to explore some illegitimate ones. 

I only have a homebrew 3DS so if I gen let's say a shiny level 5 Kyurem. Transfer it up to home then to Scarlet Violet for a playthrough and eventually leave it in home. How much risk will this illegitimate pokemon have for me getting banned leaving it in home? Thank you!

HOME is not known for rigorous checks, nor is it known for banning accounts with blatant hacks (for example, I’ve seen Shiny Victini remain undetected). For the most part it appears like it’ll be fine

However, anything else in your setup or process could get your Switch profile or HOME account banned.

I can’t give guarantees, and can only advise you that you’ll be doing it at your own risk.

(keep in mind that they can take action retroactively if they so choose, and they pretty much log everything)
