Alpha Sapphire File Corrupted

Im doing a Sinking Sapphire Nuzlocke on stream and I got all the way to flannery, got the wynaut egg and then after i saved and opened it the next time it was corrupted. I tried editing the file in PKHex but it says all checksums are valid, can someone help me fix it or am I SOL?

If the save file is valid, and has no issues in save editors, then it means that you are not restoring it correctly to a clean savedata on your 3DS. If you have put junk into the savedata on your 3DS for the game, then the game will refuse any save file.

Delete the save data on the console, create new save data by playing the game, then overwrite it with the OK save file.
