PkHex won't read pokemon crystal save file

Hey! I know this problem has been posted a million times for different games/reasons but After hours of research idk what to do lol. So I don't think it's corrupted I looked at a hex editor and there's data there it's not all FF's. It plays perfectly on Emulators. It's my personal save file from my legit crystal cartridge. I am on the most updated version of PkHex so if anyone can help that would be sweet  Thank you for your time!
