Can't transfer through HOME, Input file too large?

Yeah, I've tried searching through Google for an answer to this problem, and I've yet to find one that clearly explains what to do to fix it.

Also, though I have experience with using PKHex on the 3DS, I'm a total beginner with using it through the Switch, so forgive me if I sound like a newbie (Cuz' I am)...

I've been trying to transfer some of my altered Pokémon through HOME to move them from Scarlet and into Brilliant Diamond.

For a bit of context, I was trying to make a separate copy of all my Pokémon available for BDSP so I can play a modded version of the game and use the copies if I wanted to, and then place the originals back in Scarlet and their other respective games. I wasn't sure if it would work, but I just wanted to try and see.

But while trying to transfer using HOME, I would keep getting a '2 alzta-0005' error code. Pretty sure it meant that it was detecting that my Pokemon were altered, so I thought I'd finally try installing and using the Auto Legality mod I've heard about, and well, I get the two messages shown here.

The first image is when I'm using the latest version of PKHex and just trying to open up the main file for a copy of Scarlet, and the second image is from using an older version of PKHex while following this guide.

One guy I told about my issue on a different forum site says I've been banned, but I'm not sure if that's entirely true or not (Nor am I sure of how to unban myself if that really is the case).

Has anyone ever really found a way to fix this issue? Are my files corrupted, or is the problem something else entirely different?

Should make sense if you look at the dates. The plugin was not updated after the latest S/V DLC, so it cannot function on recent releases where the latest S/V DLC save files are recognized.

Solution? Use an updated plugin.

Yikes, gonna take a minute to try to read through and make sense of it all (Still a beginner. Still learning), but whateves, I'll manage to get it done with time, hopefully.
