How to gen Pokemon that can't be obtained traditional way (Catching, Breeding, In-game gift, etc)

Hi, I been using Pkhex for years but I never faced this issue.

How do I generate Pokemon that's are not catchable the traditional way?

For my SWORD save:

- Meltan and Meltmetal. Since I don't play Pokemon GO I have no idea how obtain or gen this Pokemon.

- The Other Regi and Horse Pokemon from SWSH DLC.  So annoyed when I found out that you can only get one of each and I really don't want to replay the whole game just for two Pokemon.

- Shiny Fossils. Since you cant breed fossils I don't know how to gen these Pokemon in shiny.

 

For my SCARLET save:

- Gimmighoul Roaming form. Pretty much same issue as Meltan.

Bonus:

- Zarude. Not that important but is it possible to obtain the Pokemon through the app?

I know it's was a gift Pokemon so I dunno if it can be obtained through the app?

Use the encounter database. 

For encounters that can only be obtained in a separate set of games that can only reach your game via HOME, the only way to legally transfer them is to legitimately transfer them.

This is my first time using the Encounter database, so I'm not sure if I'm doing this correctly. 

I opened the database and picked a random Meltan and this is what I've got:

So what you are saying is that I need to transfer this Meltan to HOME order to make it "Legal"?

Would trading the Pokemon from a JB Switch to a Non-JB switch, upload it to Home and send it back would make it legal?

Like I said:

Something from LGPE must be uploaded from LGPE into HOME legitimately, then downloaded from HOME to SWSH legitimately.

Ok. I guess I can't do anything for now since I don't have Pokemon LGPE.

I imagine that for Gimmighoul its the same case. Upload from Go to Home to SV.

Now I have a different quest about the version exclusives.

Lets say I catch one of the regis and one of the horses that I need. what if I backup my save, transfer those Pokemon and restore my save and catch the other ones and transfer them. 

Would that put me a in trouble?

Technically I would have both the Regis and Horses from the DLC with the same Handler and that should not be possible, since you can only get one of each.
