Switch: SV Sprites

Hello! I just signed up so I hope this is the right place to write this but I have a request, if you don't mind!

I have recently been looking into the new sprites that originated from Pokémon BDSP and were reused (and some "revamped", like Charizard's colouration) for Pokémon SV. They were also used in Home, with every Pokémon accounted for, however the Home's quality is not the best. In fact, the BDSP ones are the best quality (from what I've seen), I imagine for SV and Home, they shrank down or compressed the images from BDSP somewhat.

So the point I wanted to bring up is that SV have the second best looking sprites for these designs and I noticed that someone had added the Pokémon SV DLC mons (Ogerpon, Terpagos, etc.) but not returning Pokémon that only appear in the DLC (Sentret, other gen starters, etc.).

I don't know if it's worth waiting until the Switch 2 update to see if the quality of the sprites improves further but if we could get these added, it'd be awesome since it'd offer higher quality versions of the sprites for some Pokémon post-Sinnoh!

Sorry, I don't think you understood what I was saying. I'm aware the Sprite Index exists (which I thought I made clear in my post but looking back, I see that may have not been).

I am pointing out missing sprites from "Switch: SV Sprites" that would be handy to add, if possible!

But that link doesn't tell me anything I don't know, it's just a list of the different sprites and models the site has. Unless you're suggesting I make a post there?

I guess it might also depend on whether the sprites change or get updated in future Switch titles, but even having the current SV sprites for those DLC Pokémon would be a nice improvement over the compressed Home versions. Fingers crossed someone working on the sprite packs can take a look at it! geometry dash

So, the one from HOME is directly dumped from their CDN (their online asset, not within the game).

Certainly, it'll be interesting to see if the SV dump from Switch 2 is any good. Now, to see if I remember how to do all that.
