[Help] FireRed - Save Corrupt

Hello. I need some help.

It's my first time playing Pokémon FireRed. I was training my Pokémon to face the Elite Four, and my save file got corrupted.

Please help!

Open it in PKHeX, it will tell you it is all 0xFF -- aka there is absolutely nothing in the save file that can be recovered.
