I can't find Staryu or Starmie <:'(

So I have just started using PKHeX yesterday and had no problems so far creating some Pokémon with it. Now I wanted to make a Starmie and can't find it in the search bar for "Species". I lookes at some older posts with people not being able to find their wanted Pokémon because it wasn't in the game they selected so it was already filtered out. I changed the setting to that of Soul Silver where Staryu and Starmie existed and still can't find it in the "Species" list.

I hope that I don't annoy some people with this post because it is some obvious mistake a lot of people do that was already explained a thousand times. If that is the case I am sorry.

Try closing and reopening the program.

I am extremely sure that I closed and reopened the game after changing the game to Soul Silver and that I couldn't find them there but after doing it today I can find them. It really was that simple, huh... Thank you very much for your help!
