Force a Language change

I have a beloved copy of black and white i got from  my home country, they where in French, i would prefer it in english. 

i went online and found these 2 different codes for a language changer to US

i thought everything was fine but bam i realized i have no real ways to input this

IF POSSIBLE i would either like to A find out how to convert these into usable cheat files for checkpoint

or B find a way to change it without cheats

Generation 1->5 games are single language only, and only have the localization text for the single language it is built for. Only in Gen6+ did they allow for language to be selected.

The cheat code you listed is irrelevant to Pokémon games.
