Can't edit Pokemon Black save

Started a new playthrough of black on Delta, wanted to edit in a few pokemon but when I open the actual file it seems to be opening under a Pokemon Platinum Save? Along with not loading in any of my Trainer Data, Items, Etc. Any help would be appreciated

Save twice in game. Delta is known to not give fresh initial save files.

Thanks for responding and sorry for replying so late, I tried doing what you suggested and I'm still having no luck
