Backup does't load in properly

boot up in emummc

open hbmenu from the homescreen

go to jksv select the game - choose new backup

insert sd into laptop -> open jksv folder ->game that i made a backup for

drag "main" or "backup" (dont know which one) in pkhex  

and from ther i encounter the problem in which what is in pkhex doesn't match my actual save file

(yes it's the right backup i checked multiple times, yes I tried other games same result)

needs to be main.
