Cannot change Pokedex skin in B/W

I can't seem to be able to change the pokedex skin in PKHeX, the load and save image buttons just do nothing, and trying to import a pre-existing pokedex skin doesn't do anything either. Is there any fix in the works for this?

There is no visualizer at this time. Have you tried viewing it in game after importing it with the program?

Yes and nothing changes whatsoever, I've tried with different saves, I've tried different skins, and I've tried reinstalling the program but nothing changes. I cant try custom ones either as the load and save image buttons do nothing.
