Shiny Dundunsparce help for three-segment

Hello, I'm trying to collect every pokemon from their original game, plus evolving whatever past mons, where possible, to new forms or pokemon. I have every single one, but the three segment Dundunsparce. I have hatched loads of shiny ones from my VC Crystal and they just refuse to be more than two segment. This has been nearly a year hunt just for this form alone.

 

I was wondering if anyone knew how to make sure it'd evole into that form once transferred, or had one themselves and was willing to share. I'd prefer it'd have the Gameboy mark since I know in HS/SS there's a way to force it with a specific ability and nature, and it's technically not the first time you can encounter it despite being a Johto game. Unlike the other shiny Unown forms others than I and V

Depends on the Encryption Constant (%100d == 0) that it gets assigned on transfer from VC->Gen7.
