Pokemon Emerald Save, can't open with RecoverSaveGen3

Hey all, recently my partner's SP powered down during a save and it deleted his Emerald file. The issue is the file had some heavy emotional importance with a late friend of ours, and losing the file outright is a huge hit to the soul. We're wondering if there's any other way to salvage any fraction of the personal data from the cart, anything at all like a single Pokemon or something even as small as the trainer ID. 

Attached are two files because I'm not the expert here and I'm not sure which is needed. They were extracted by my partner, I appreciate any help we can get, thanks!!

Emerald.fla - bad ROM dump

Emerald(different).sav - only has blocks 8-13,0,1. Blocks 2-7 are missing.

By taking another save file and transplanting the blocks you have into it, then opening in PKHeX:

 

Your party and some of your trainer data is stored in blocks 0 and 1, but blocks 8-13 in your save file (latter half of your boxes) were empty. So, if you had anything in your boxes it's gone; it's now whatever was in the donor save file (Twitch Plays Pokémon E merald).
