PKHEX unsupported file

Hi, I have used a Flash boy cyclone 3.2 to retrieve my save data from my GBA leaf green cartridge, Backed rom and save data to my laptop but pk hex isn't opening the .sav file, Tried a new game on fire red and the same also tried a emulator and tried reading these, thinking I'm doing something wrong just after some advice, thank you

I, too, am having the same problem. I use the Benn Venn Joey Jr to get my cartridges on to my computer. Emulator plays them fine, but PkHex won't read the Leaf Green file. I do know that my Leaf Green is a bootleg, but is says that it is not supported on the generation it is trying to read.

gen3 save files are 128KB, not 64KB. Either is a bootleg or misconfigured dump.

Try opening the file with another save editor like A-Save before assuming it is an issue with PKHeX. Dumpers are coded for dumping retail cartridges, not bootlegs, and bootlegs do not store data the same way as retail cartridges.
