I just wanna shiny hunt

Hello guys i'm just trying to hunt Deoxys on emulator and after that i want to transfert it on pokemon home (i have a modded 3ds), but i try to have access to the island with a japanese sav of emerald and fire red, with cheat code, pkhex or even wonder card i cant have the ticket, can someone explain how can i do it and also to be legal i have to hunt it on a japanese version orther regions work like French version ? I'm really waiting for answered

If you’re trying to use the ticket normally in-game, I think you’ll need to have the National Dex and access to the ferry.

And to keep legal, depends on what origin game:
Emerald -> ENG FRE GER ITA SPA
FRLG -> ENG FRE GER ITA SPA JPN
