EVs

After looking around this website I've decided to try and sav' my first pokemon. Everything seems to look okay but I'm sure I made a mistake somewhere. Particularly the EVs because when I go to the lady in Sunnyshore to get the effort ribbon she tells me I need to work a little harder. I also just kind of threw a bunch of random numbers for the IVs.. would that cause any sort of problem?

PS - I'm using Pokesav for Platinum.

You did not set up the hidden hex values for platinum location and egg location. It seems fine otherwise for in-game purposes... of course its not legal by any respect.
