PKHeX config error

My PKHeX is not opening, whenever I try to open it a message appears saying: "An error occurred in PKHeX. Please report this error to the PKHeX author. PKHeX must now close. Please provide this information when reporting this error:", and below a giant message. If anyone wants and can help me, I will leave the "config error.txt" attached and the giant message is this:

yes, i unzip it, i started to use PKHeX a while ago, but recently it just won't open anymore
