Help with Trainer's default data

There is a way to change the default data of a genned pokemon?
I mean, instead of the "PkHex" nick and the "123456" ID, put to every pokemon from the beginning another nick and ID

Load an actual save file, additionally, create a "trainers" folder next to the exe and populate it with Pokémon files from trainers w/ specific versions.
