Help with Program

Hey there is a program for generating Egglocke mons with PKHex and followed the instructions and it doesn't work only theory I have to make it work is an old version of PKHex but wanted to ask first if you know of any work arounds. I put a link to it just in case thank you for your time ^^

The latest release of the plugin you linked to is targeting PKHeX from 4 months prior. So, if the plugin doesn't work with the latest you have tried, you need to grab that specific version from this site's download page.
