Fixing Walda Wallpaper

Hey all I've got a restored Emerald save file and long story short the wallpaper Walda's dad gives you is broken and when ever I talk to him this happens. I know that data in block 4 got erased but talking to someone else on the forum we theorized that the block 4 data got pushed into the the section for the wallpaper. Well I've spent about a bit looking at the hex and I can't see to find it's location after consulting Bulbapedia on save structure. Someone either moving the data back into block 4 or just zeroing it out so he returns to normal would be greatly appreciated.

I recommend finding another working save file for Emerald, then just copy that file's Block 4 to overwrite yours.
