Help with my good old shiny Gloom

I hope someone can help me.

I don't know if this is the right place to ask my question, but I don't know where else I could create this topic.

Before reading, please excuse my english : I don't speak/write very well, but I feel so lost that I need help, because I don't know how or where I can get an answer, except here.

 

I have an old shiny Gloom, caught in the Pokémon Sapphire Safari (I was lucky, that's why I never forgot it), transferred on an Emerald save.

With the risk of Pokémon Bank ending, I wanted to make it travel to Pokémon HOME, with the most ribbons possible.

 

It had some EVs, that I erased before training it, and giving it 510 EVs to get the Effort Ribbon, after I cloned it on Emerald, with the Battle Tower glitch that makes it possible.

I wanted to make sure that it had every EV I wanted to give it in the right stats, so I dumped my save to check it with PKHeX.

 

I drag a picture to show what I explain after.

 

It has 510 EV, in the stats I wanted to give it, but there's something strange : when I put my mouse on it in PKHeX, it says :

"Encounter Type: Wild Encounter (S) Grass (Oddish)".

It could be a mistake from me and my memory, so I cheked with the original, and it says something different, matching my memories :

"Encounter Type: Wild Encounter (S) Grass (Gloom)".

I think PKHeX says "(Oddish)" because it thinks that I encountered Gloom as an Oddish, but this isn't right. Moreover, it changes its Origin Seed : that's why I think it.

I've tried several things to know what makes it change, and I've discovered that this changing happens if it levels up, but there's no way I can avoid making it level up, because these EVs, and the Earth Ribbon in Pokémon Colosseum, will make it level up.

 

It's important to me that the encounter is considered to be Gloom, with the right original seed : I want it to keep the real informations before sending it to Pokémon HOME, especially with the risk of it being considered as illegal/hacked (yes, it is so important to me : I think nothing about illegal or hacked Pokémon, people do what they want, but this shiny Gloom was the kind of encounter that is so special that we want to preserv it).

 

So, that's my question/concern : is there some way that I don't know to keep the right informations about this shiny Gloom, even if I train it ? Is this some PKHeX unfortunate mistake, and Pokémon HOME will consider it as perfectly legal, as I want it to be, and stay ? Or is it OK, and this changing is totally regular and can not make my good old shiny Gloom be considered as illegal/hacked ?

In cases where multiple different encounters could have originated your Gloom, the program simply picks the first one it finds that is valid.

Oddish can be captured in the Safari Zone area 3 at levels 27 and 29. Gloom can be caught at level 29 and 31.

In your left instance, you have a level 29 Gloom. Assuming the met level is 29, it couldn't have been an Oddish, because it must level up at least once to evolve (but it was met at the level it currently is).

In your right instance, you have increased the level. Since the current level is above the met level, it no longer disqualifies Oddish from being one of the possible origin encounters, and when it finds Oddish first, it further validates it as possible and yields.

Both say it is legal, so there really is nothing to worry about.
