Blue Rescue Team + Sky Editor - cannot open files extracted from the game itself

Hello.

After seeing an editor for Red Rescue Team, I looked everywhere for a Blue Rescue Team editor... and I found Sky Editor. After dumping the game myself on a modded 3ds (I hate game piracy), Sky Editor decompiled the ROM into several .bin files. But Sky Editor cannot open these .bin files by itself. So... which software can I use to edit BRT's data (for example, editing a dungeon's or editing Legendaries' recruit rates)? Many thanks.
