Database Weirdness

My database I just created on pkhex has random pokemon in it. there are no files in my pkmdb folder and these pokemon seem to vagely match with my Ledgends arceus pokemon however I haven't looked at my LA save since creating this DB also I cant delete them. I'm sure I have just backed up my pokemon but I kinda want them out so I can make a living dex

Also different topic but is there a way to organize pokemon automatically when importing them into a database into folders in the pkmdb folder

By default PKHeX searches backups and other save paths and shows those Pokemon in the PKM Database. You can turn this off in the EntityDb Settings.
