LF Shiny Egg Fennekin

Hello everyone, 
I have a problem here in the newer version of PKHex, unfortunately I can no longer create Shinys Eggs. I get the Fennekin from the Encounter Database and change it so that it is legal, everything works great until I get to the OT/Misc tab and I want to change my TID and my OT, as well as the language from English to German, then the Pokémon is unfortunately no longer legal. Then I get these error messages sometimes these error messages from picture 1 or sometimes from picture 2, how can I fix them or is there a way to generate a Fennekin as a Shiny Egg with a Showdown template with the change of OT, TID and language?

When I load in my file and then use the Encounter Database the Fennekin is in there which is not Shiny and when I change the language, OT and TID again the same error occurs, have I misunderstood something?

Try to comprehend what the message is saying; the trainer that currently possesses the Pokemon does not match the expected state. If the save file is not the OT, then the current handler must not be the Original Trainer (OT).
