How to use PKHeX to create pokemon with invalid species or moves?

I want to hack invalid pokemon and moves into my Emerald save, to see what they do. I've looked around in the settings but can't find a way to do this. Can I do it with PKHeX, or do I need something else?

Use the batch editor to set SpeciesInternal to whatever game-specific Species ID you want.
