My PKHEX isnt working because of this error,does anybody know how to fix this error?

Make sure that you are on the latest release.

Then make sure that PKHeX is extracted from the zip, don't run it from inside. Also don't try to run it from any cloud drive (like OneDrive), put it somewhere locally on your PC.
