Help editing my savefiles from HG/SS DPP and B/W

Im new in the whole process i want to make all my illegal pokemon legal with the stats they have whenever its possible. So i downloaded the PKHex and imported one of the savefiles i want to edit heres an example:
 

When i import this moveset to showdown the page says its legal however PKHex says its not. What can i do in order to legalize it while at the same time preserving all the stats?

PKHeX tells you why it is illegal if you click the triangle. 

Preserving stats is not always possible; ALM can legalize but it won't always be a close match result.

How can i fix it? Also, does PID matter in case of legal shiny pokemon?
