[HELP] Pokemon offer on GTS - Pokemon Black

I was looking through my old PokBlack save that I was able to export to PC and I found this Solosis and Zekrom here. Is there any way to get them back without using PKHeX or is this the only way?

Zekrom is fused; you can unfuse your Kyurem in-game.

Pretty sure using a fakegts can retrieve your upload.

Oops, that's the Global Link upload. Not sure how to retrieve that in-game, maybe.
