pokepuff2988 Posted Friday at 11:07 PM Posted Friday at 11:07 PM Question: How are people transfering their save data between the updates? Like, I want the bug fixes, but I don't wanna reset all me progress again

Like, I want the bug fixes, but I don't wanna reset all me progress again replace the old patched rom with the new one. as long as it's in the same place with the same name, the save will be usable. alternatively, some emulators let you directly import a save file from an older version also, latest bugfixes are live! 1
NeoNix0101 Posted Saturday at 09:04 AM Posted Saturday at 09:04 AM If both of your partners are able to, can they both be mega evolved? Do they need to hold the mega stone before changing form and can you get multiple mega stones?
Varg Posted Saturday at 03:06 PM Posted Saturday at 03:06 PM Hello again, 2 other bugs I found. 1. When having the same pokemon as protagonists, whenever 1 gets an iq skill it works for the other even if it doesnt have it. I started a playthrough with 2 charcadets and when 1 got Brick Tough I saw both had +10 hp. 2. I finished Giratina quest after se5 & having marine resort unlocked because I wanted the Mega item. Right now Giratina says I dont need any Time Cogs but can trade for them, but whenever I bring Giratina time cogs it says you dont have any while consuming them from my inventory and not giving me any rewards back. I think you replied in a thread that this was one way of getting the mega evo item. Thanks!

GreatSagePupper Posted yesterday at 03:50 AM Posted yesterday at 03:50 AM Thank you so much for making this hack! It was a great way to play PMD for the first time and the QOL is amazing. I think I found a bug on the latest update, Special Episode 4 (Here Comes Team Charm) freezes (at least for me) on the Aggron fight. Also, it says that it should be possible to go straight to Temporal Tower after defeating Dialgia, but I can’t figure out how to do that— It’s not appearing on the map and if there’s an NPC that takes you there I can’t find it. (If it helps, I’ve recruited Dialgia and completed everything but the Zacian quest line.) Thanks so much!

Miraculix Posted yesterday at 06:20 PM Posted yesterday at 06:20 PM (edited) I dont know if someone else asked this before, but im having this issue when patching the hack into Maniac Emu on my iphone. Its always saying its "not implemented: secondary decompressor". I tried many different roms also those with no extra names. Does it have to be a specific Rom from somewhere? Edit. I use the Marc Robledo Patcher. Maybe its an issue with that? Edit2: Ok, the problem seemed to be exactly this patcher. I did a roundabout patching through delta patcher on windows, uplouded it into a cloud and downlouded again on ios. For someone else reading this. On Maniac Emu you need to change the core on which its running the patched nds file. Only then did it work for me. Otherwise it crashed. Edited yesterday at 07:32 PM by Miraculix
Xenor Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago It appears that the Klutz ability prevents Lopunny's mega evolution, at least it does with the shiny one I have in my team, but I don't see why would the regular one work. No idea if you're taking any suggestions, but instead of making an exception for mega stones, I think Klutz should just be removed from all pokemon that have other options in the main series, it barely changes anything for wild pokemon and is purely detrimental for the player, especially if Buneary is chosen as one of the main characters.

I don't think Klutz would be affecting the Mega Stone because because the Mega Stone technically has no effect, the form changing stuff is on the Pokemon's end, and sure enough there was an incorrect value in the form change table specifically for Shiny female Mega Lopunny. but to be safe, I have elected to change the Buneary line's secondary ability to their hidden one, Limber. (apart from the SE4 Lopunny, who cannot mega evolve anyways)
WindchildWhimsy Posted 15 hours ago Author Posted 15 hours ago that is to say, you can update now asdghjhgfdsdfgfh
vixenmel Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago I was wondering will more shiny starters be added later? Like say kento vulpix or buneary? Also wanna say im loving this rom hack~
