Pokemon Emerald Corrupt

Hello, recently I got a Bad Egg in my Pokemon Emerald save file, and as I w as trying to delete it my game crashed. Now every time I try to load it up it shows a white screen and I can't bypass it. Is there any way to still save my file? Or go back to an old save?

Opens just fine in an emulator, and PKHeX says the checksums are valid. Are you sure this is the right file, and that it really has issues? If you're using a janky emulator, try another one instead.
