Help PkHex Binary Not Compatible With Save File

This is such a newbie question, but how do i fix this. I have been playing on the VBA-RR emulator, for using Pokelink. I might have switched some of the emulator's settings so that might be a reason why PkHex can't read the sav. It is the usual 128 kB, so i don't immediately see what the problem is. I'll provide with a screenshot of my emulator's settings and my sav file too.

Re-read the error message. The program tells you why it wasn't loadable:

Do not use save-states to save your progress and view it in another program. Save in-game, like you would on your console before turning off the power.

Seems like the sav was the save state and not the actual in game save!
