I transferred my Pelliper from Diamond to Ultra Sun and know it's considered illegal

I caught the Pelliper via pokeradar on route 213 but from what I can tell Pkhex marks it in a different caught location, Canalave City, and marks it as illegal. I haven't modified the pokemon at all externally. How can I fix this (pk7 and pk4 before evolving and training attached).

Both attachments are legal on the latest release and current commits.

When Pokémon are transferred from Gen4 => Gen5, their met location & met level get updated to `Poké Transfer` and the current level.
