Finding the correct Trainer and Secret IDs for a shiny egg hatch

I didn't know where else to put this, so feel free to move it to the correct place if in the wrong place.

So I managed to obtain a Manaphy Egg in Soulsilver and used PKHeX to see its exact PID. I want it to be shiny when hatched in another game, and I happen to have a spare Diamond which doesn't have a save file yet. I know that a correct Trainer and Secret ID combination will result in it hatching shiny in another game, but I have no idea how to figure them out.

Here's the Manaphy I received in question. I don't know what Trainer ID and Secret ID will make it shiny when traded to a new save file.

Set any "tid" and then set the "IV" and "nature" corresponding to the "pid".

By fine-tuning "tid" and "sid", all the way +1 (-1), you'll find that it also matches shiny!

You can also do this with this
Just type in "pid" and then find a random set of "tid" and "sid".

Or the easier way is to hold down the "alt" and click on this

He will match your "tid" with a random "sid" so that the matching "pid" meets the shiny condition.
