Pokemon ORAS Battle Maison no restricted Legendaries

Hello everybody,

there is a thread from 2016 from isleep2late

about how to unban all legendaries in the Battle Maison. I tried to understand everything and have read it multiple times, But I have now a problem. I do not get it how to decrypt the cro files. Which software should I use? Kaphotics knew a lot about that, but I could not understand everything what he tried to explain. I even do not know what they mean with "29 instances". I am not a programmer and have difficulties to understand what they were writing about.

So, is here someone who could explain step by step how to edit all the important files with the right softwares to unban all legendaries in the Battle Maison in Pokemon ORAS, please?
