is it possible to respawn arceus in bdsp using pkhex?

i was trying to shiny hunt arceus in pokemon brilliant diamond and i caught and accidently saved. 

could i also use pkhex to add the shaymin and darkrai events into my save

Have you tried the event flag editor?

I found it now, I was looking in the event flags and I found the misc editor which has a button to respawn arceus lol
