I am  looking to play Pokémon X and Y on my computer and was wondering where I can find a reliable ROM emulator for free. Any recommendations for safe and trustworthy sources? Also, any tips on how to set it up?

Dump the game from your hacked 3DS, and Citra (PabloMK7) should work just fine.
