Why isn't my Golem legal?

As I can't trade with anyone I had changed the species of my graveller to a golem for pokemon moon but now it says its illegal can someone help me?
The Graveller file is what it was before i changed the species to Golem

Trade evolutions require trading. If it has never been traded, it never could have been trade evolved.

how could i say that its been traded even though it hasnt

If it were traded to someone else, would it remember who it was last traded to?

I used pkhex to put on to another save and after being put onto the 2nd save it became legal

Now compare the difference
