How to edit rival name in Japanese Pokemon Heart Gold?

Does anyone know the hex values in Japanese Pokemon Heart Gold to change rival name to シルバー？Thank you in advance

There's no need to hex edit, you can change the rival name in the Block Data editor in PKHeX.

I found it in the SAV section i just type the name in? or does it need a value?
