What to do when PKHex says, "Invalid: Pokemon Home Transfer tracker is missing"?

I have several Pokemon from an emulated version of Pokemon Black, and I wanted to transfer the Pokemon to the new games (S/V). But when I do so the program says that I don't have a Home Transfer Tracker. What do I do?

If I get the files of my Gen5 pkms and use a discord sysbot to trade them to me in Scarlet, will I still be able to transfer them to home and get a home tracker on the pkms when I transfer them into Pokemon Home?
