Help for generating Gen 3 Shiny Suicine

Hello. I caught the roaming Suicine in Fire Red. I'd like to make it shiny in PKHex. I'm having trouble finding it in PokeFinder. Can someone please point me in the right direction for this?

Make sure to use latest Pokefinder.

Keep in my that FRLG Suicune will be affected by the Roaming IV glitch.
