It doesn't start after I update

In the previous version I used PKHeX without any problem on my computer, after I updated it no longer opens. It only loads the Windows cursor but nothing happens, and I installed Windows 8, 8.1, 10 and 11 and the same problem continues, please help solve this. Thanks in advance.

Double check that you've installed the required .NET 8 Desktop Runtime as per the stickied threads.

Thanks for responding, I have everything that pkhex asks for installed, only that versions 03.24.10 and 03.24.26 do not open, the e downloaded several times and nothing, I don't know what is happening
