I need help with PKHeX (Fire Red Rocket Edition)

I am so sorry about posting this here if its the wrong place but I need help. I was trying to edit my fire red rom hack but for some reason it does not allow me to saying its ""binary is not compatible with save file ( current sav generation 3 )""even tho I choose Fire red as the game can someone help me???

 

Please Someone Help???   Maybe One of you can send me what to do with the files I sent???

Please do not upload ROM data here, as it goes against the forum rules.
