SoulSilver Save File Issue

My save file is not being detected on MelonDS, its opening like a fresh game.

Might be because of the fact I added a Sudowoodo with PKHeX just after I missed him in game?

(the red triangle was there I didnt get all of his information perfect but that doesnt matter to me)

PKHeX isnt accepting the .sav file now either, its saying "Invalid save file loaded. Aborting."

That file is empty. Doing modifications in PKHeX, even illegal ones, won't clear a file like that.
