SYSnand and Emunand save files

Hi all, 

I have a few question. I have CFW on emunand and stock sysnand. I would want to edit my Violet/Scarlet save file (legit game).

I tried JKSV to export the save and the weirdness starts.

1) my exported save file isnt the latest save file (it is from a while back)

2) i tried to edit and reimport back but it does not seem to change the legit game file

So my questions is how to get it to work:

1) How to export the correct save file 

2) how to import to sysnand

You can launch Sysnand + CFW. Make sure you device stays offline. 
 

While CFW + Sysnand, you can backup and restore to the correct files.

the issue is i dont see an option for CFW on sysnand in Hetake. only CFW emunand (which i followed renetry guide and created a emu partition for it on SD card) 

Any online guide?
