Solgaleo297 Posted January 12 Posted January 12 The game I am using is Sword and I have tried using TrainerTID7, TrainerSID7, SID7, TID7 and it keeps saying "ignored 11 entries due to internal error". I am trying to edit a box using =Box=26 and the TID and SID I have tried using $rand Anyone have an explanation as to how I can better figure out what's wrong?

Solgaleo297 Posted January 12 Author Posted January 12 Just now, Solgaleo297 said: =Box=26 .TrainerID7=$rand .TrainerSID7=$rand =Box=26 .TID7=$rand .SID7=$rand And I have also used TID and SID instead of the TID7 and SID7 variants. I also have used the "any" and "all" file settings, with the criteria being "TrainerTID7", "TrainerSID7", and SWSH cycled through, and no success with any of them.

Not all of those properties are in the drop down, and that's not the syntax to randomize. Only PID and EC use $rand iirc
Solgaleo297 Posted January 13 Author Posted January 13 Oh okay, thank you! So is there no way to randomize TID and SID through batch editor? I tried key word searching the how to guide and it didn't seem to have an alternative.
Kaphotics Posted January 13 Posted January 13 Per the guide: https://projectpokemon.org/home/tutorials/save-editing/using-pkhex/how-to-use-the-batch-editor-in-pkhex-r77/ To Randomize a value within a range, use ".Nature=$x,y" for an inclusive range of [x,y]. 1
Solgaleo297 Posted January 13 Author Posted January 13 Oh okay, I misunderstood and thought that only applied to Nature or attributes like it rather than ID. Thank you!
